Born From the Dead

Through the first Adam, or Man, the human race was separated from the God. “Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die” [Gen 2:17, ESV]. They ate. The death they suffered that day wasn’t physical death – it was spiritual. They and all that came after them were now God-void beings, separated from their creator – the race of the dead.

Through the last Adam, Jesus, God orchestrated a path of reconciliation. Those who choose to walk with Jesus are rebirthed from that spiritual death as new creatures [2 Cor 5:17] in the new race of Jesus.
